These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the VELÈ Aesthetics Clinic website (vele.ge) and the booking service it provides. By using this site you agree to these terms. VELÈ Aesthetics Clinic is a registered business in Tbilisi, Georgia.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our booking service or to receive any aesthetic treatment at VELÈ. By submitting a booking request you confirm that you are 18 or older. Treatments for individuals aged 16–17 may be considered only with written parental or guardian consent and at the treating physician's sole discretion.

Submitting the online booking form is a request for an appointment, not a confirmed booking. A booking is confirmed only when a member of the VELÈ team contacts you by phone and both parties agree on a date and time. VELÈ reserves the right to decline any booking request without stating a reason.

• We ask that you cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your confirmed appointment. • Late cancellations (less than 24 hours' notice) or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee at the clinic's discretion. • VELÈ may reschedule or cancel appointments due to staff unavailability, equipment issues, or other circumstances beyond our control. In such cases we will contact you as soon as possible to arrange an alternative.

All treatments at VELÈ are carried out only after an in-person medical consultation with a qualified physician. Treatment will not proceed if the physician determines that it is not appropriate for you on medical grounds. The website does not provide medical advice; nothing on this site should be interpreted as a diagnosis or treatment recommendation.

Aesthetic treatment results vary significantly between individuals depending on age, skin type, health status, lifestyle, and other factors. Before-and-after images and testimonials on this site represent individual experiences and are not a guarantee of results for any other person.

Pricing for treatments is provided during the in-person consultation and is subject to change. Prices shown on the website, if any, are indicative only. Full payment is due at the time of treatment. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors at any time.

All content on this site — including text, photographs, videos, logos, and brand assets — is owned by or licensed to VELÈ Aesthetics Clinic and is protected by Georgian and international intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by Georgian law, VELÈ Aesthetics Clinic shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or from any treatment outcome. Our total liability for any claim arising out of these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant treatment. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.

These terms are governed by the laws of Georgia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tbilisi, Georgia.

We may update these terms at any time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
