How the Affiliate Programme Works

Step 1 — Join and get your codes

Once the clinic registers you, you receive two separate things:

Your referral link and QR code. This is what tracks that a customer came from you. It looks like vele.ge/booking?ref=YOURCODE. The QR code is the same link in scannable form — useful for print, a café counter, a business card, or a story.

Your discount code. A short code you can share by voice, message, or post. It gives your customer a discount at the clinic. It is separate from your referral link and does something different — see Step 3.

Step 2 — Share your link

Post it, message it, print the QR, put it in your bio. Anyone who opens it lands on the VELÈ booking page.

Important: the link is what earns you commission. If someone books without ever opening your link, you earn nothing — even if they mention your name, and even if they use your discount code. The link is the only thing that records the referral.

Step 3 — Decide whether to share your discount code

You have a choice, and it changes what both sides get.

If you share your discount code and the customer enters it: the customer receives a discount on their procedure; you earn the lower commission rate.

If you don't share it, or the customer leaves the field empty: the customer pays the full price; you earn the higher commission rate.

Both are legitimate. A discount can be the thing that convinces someone to book at all — a smaller commission on a booking that happens beats a larger one on a booking that doesn't.

Step 4 — The clinic confirms and completes the visit

An agent calls the customer to confirm the appointment. After the procedure has taken place and been paid for, the clinic records the amount paid. Your commission is calculated at that point — not when the booking is made.

Step 5 — Get paid

Commission accumulates in your dashboard. Once you have enough approved commission, you request a payout and the clinic pays you.
